Fukuro Obi Sash or Table Runner.
A fukuro obi (袋帯, “bag obi”) is a formal Japanese sash used with kimono, characterized by its “bag-like” construction, where two lengths of fabric (often silk and decorative lining) are sewn together. Developed in the 1920s to be lighter than the traditional maru obi, it is typically 30-31cm wide and over 4m long.
