Shonai tansu are traditional Japanese storage chests from the Shonai region. Crafted from fine woods with iron hardware, they feature sliding doors and drawers. Functional yet elegant, they reflect regional craftsmanship, practicality, and Edo-period aesthetic traditions.
In good working order, all drawers slide like new.
