Kutani Pottery Shishi.  A striking Japanese Kutani pottery shishi, circa 1960–70, boldly modelled with a powerful stance and lively expression. Decorated in creamy white, soft blue and rich gilt, it rests its paw upon a colourful  brocade ball. A highly decorative example of Japanese ceramic craftsmanship.. In good condition. The size is D:300mm x W:350mm x H:400mm and the Weight is  7.800Kgs
