This Door is in original condition.We have used a similar door for our front door at home, which we had framed in Hardwood to make up the height difference. We can restore it for you if you like the cost will be $500.(Restoration involves cleaning the wood up , fix the crack and finish the door with a coat of estapol matt or semi gloss.
