A Meiji Period Clothing Chest on chest. Made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia). This is from the Tokyo (Kanto) region. This Antique Clothing Chest comes in 2 Sections (Chest on Chest). Hardware is all hand forged Iron. Deep and easy sliding drawers. These could be seperated and used as bedside chests or a low sideboard.
