Japanese Blue and White Hibachi

A hand painted brazier. Dated around 1920’s.  A hibachi was used as a personal warmer as small bed of charcoal was placed on a thick layer of ash and placed beside a thankful recipient.  40 cm’s diameter and 32 cm’s high.
